Our Practice and Management themes examine product design at the Micro level, and so are concerned with industry or organisation level engagement. Within Practice we have a number of research groups investigating:

 - Medical Applications 

These groups interact with each other to provide services and advice to industry, and, to produce traditional published outputs and artefacts. As an applied research outfit, our rationale is to translate contemporary design thinking and theory to a form that is applicable and usable in an industrial context.
