PDR announce its development of a purpose build User Observation Laboratory as part of remaining leaders in the field of product experience and understanding.

PDR has a unique and world leading facility allowing rapid ethnographic analysis to be undertaken in a controlled and systematic way. Our laboratory will allow for deep insights and sources of innovation to be uncovered, greatly accelerating the effectiveness and speed of development activity.

This approach and technology used will allow for controlled observation in either recreated environments or at group level at a fraction of the cost of comparable systems employed by some of the worlds largest organisations.

Featuring as an additional design service, PDR will be providing this service as part of its typical design process and as an external service to wider clients
