Mustang Marine undertook a KTP with the PDR to introduce state of the art technology to their production facilities.

The two year program saw and complete introduction of 3D CAD, assembly line production methodologies and an inherent understanding of product development.

PDR provided supervisory mentorship to the KTP candidate and transferred knowledge of process design into the company.

The success of this program increased the companies production facilities, established products development procedures and increased the company's turnover by 100%.

The company have recently moved into larger premises, with a prime waterfront position and twice the fabrication capacity.

Crucially, the expansion in business operations has increased the size of Mustang Marine's workforce from 22 employees (prior to the KTP) to currently 36 employees.
